Rosegarth Square Regeneration Scheme

£ m

This area is to benefit from Government funding, improving connectivity within the Town Centre. This will be achieved by the creation of new high quality public realm, which will also improve the experience for residents, businesses and visitors to the town centre and encourage further inward investment into the town. It will incorporate the redevelopment of the Crown House building and the former B&M site.

Cllr Anne Dorrian, Leader of Boston Borough Council

“I am hugely excited about the regeneration of this area because local residents deserve to have a town centre they can be really proud of. The improvements to the public realm will make the area far more beautiful and welcoming, thereby ensuring that we make a good impression on visitors who arrive by bus or train. I look forward to seeing the work progress and I think the overall project will leave a lasting legacy for future generations.”
