Rosegarth View

The former Crown House building was bought by Boston Borough Council and demolished creating room for a new development. 

In March 2026, the Rosegarth View building, which was renamed from “Crown House” following discussions with the project team and the council’s leadership, aims to better reflect its place within the wider public realm’s regeneration and continues to play a central role in the authority’s ambitions for high‑quality housing and commercial spaces across the borough.

Rosegarth View is a mixed-use building with the ground floor designed to support up to four businesses. Above the retail units, the two upper floors will be home to one-bedroom apartments.

The current toilets have be relocated into the new development. The Changing Places facilities will remain in St George’s Car Park. 

The Rosegarth View development was completed in October 2026.
