Rosegarth View

The former Crown House building was brought by Boston Borough Council and demolished creating room for a new development.

In March 2026, the Rosegarth View building, which was renamed from “Crown House” following discussions with the project team and the council’s leadership, aims to better reflect its place within the wider public realm’s regeneration and continues to play a central role in the authority’s ambitions for high‑quality housing and commercial spaces across the borough.

Rosegarth View will be a mixed-use building with the ground floor designed to support up to four businesses. Above the retail units, the two upper floors will be home to one-bedroom apartments.

The current toilets and changing places facility will be relocated into the new development as well.
